With a passion to combine her three loves: food, music, and people, Chef Willie Mae Sharpe set a goal to adapt traditional comfort dishes with sophisticated culinary cuisine for those who desire to enjoy great food and great music. Her love for cooking began as a child in Beaumont, TX where she assisted her maternal grandmother in preparing dishes for her small catering company.  Her greatest memory is one of her grandmother feeding the homeless and hearing the testimonies of so many who had come back to just say “thank you”. Chef Willie studied at The Art Institute of Houston. Being a national recording artist, she is affectionately known as “Chef Psalmist”; which she named her catering company.
