The food, the service, the food, the service, the food, the service.......yes, I realize that I repeated myself several times......if I could, I would repeat a thousand upon a thousand times. Chef Psalmist catered my son's and my daughter's wedding' s and the compliments poured in. Not only are they gifted cooks but extraordinary service providers. I used ChefPsalmist to cater my birthday party at the Buffalo Soldier Museum.  I had appetizers and a full meal for 200 people and Chef Willie and her team came through for me.  I had many guest tell me how much they enjoyed the food and the main theme of their compliments was that the food was fresh and tasted more like a small gathering instead of a large party.  ChefPsalmist puts a very personal touch to each dish and that care comes through.  I will definitely use ChefPsalmist along with recommending her to my friends.
